Cristina De Frías, Alberto Martínez, Álvaro Mosquera, Carmen Pouseu and Sara Sobral, 2nd year Baccalaureate students, have been chosen by the Department of Education of the Xunta de Galicia to represent SEK-Atlántico in the act that recognizes the best academic records of the entire Autonomous Community.
This recognition, which takes place in Santiago de Compostela, is attended by students who reach a university entrance grade of 9, to which the grade of the voluntary part will be added to calculate the admission grade in the different degrees. The event will take place on June 23, at 5:30 p.m. at the Fontes do Sar Multipurpose Center in Santiago.
In the final grades of the ABAU, Cristina, who has obtained an Honors in 2nd year of Baccalaureate, has achieved a 13.38. The rest of the candidates have obtained more than 12 points in their access grade.
The five selected students have been the most outstanding of a successful promotion in which the average grade for university access has been 9,765, with 60% of students with more than 9 points and 40% with more than 10 points.
